Q. How long does delivery take?

A. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch. During busy periods, please allow up to 10 working days.

 


 

Q. Where do orders ship from?

A. All orders are shipped directly from our Cape Town warehouse (Paarden Eiland).

 


 

Q. When will my order be dispatched?

A. Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Same-day processing may be available depending on stock and courier schedules.

 


 

Q. Do you offer free delivery?

A. Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders over R750. For orders under R750, a R90 shipping fee applies.

A. Absolutely. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with your order number and details.

 


 

Q. What payment methods can I use?

A. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Secure payment options like PayFast or Payflex may also be available at checkout.

Q. Can I return or exchange my product?

A. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used personal care items. If your product is unused and in its original packaging, we can assist with a size exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.

A. Nope — your privacy matters. Your email will only be used for order updates and exclusive Velura offers (if you opt in). No spam. Ever.
